It is true that at times it is near impossible to select the AH bot in Dalaran. I would recommend a minuture no-path zone around the NPC

Warmane DID add a box around the NPC for some time and then randomly removed it.

I sit on it in bear form every day for 20mins. There is just something so sweet about how people screech for 10mins at me instead of using their brain and getting around it in 3 seconds.
It's absolutely clear that they want to bring righteous justice by "banning me" instead of accessing AH. It's a win-win.
