Can you explain why Icecrown GM's is so bad at handling bot complaints?

It is too difficult for the player to fight them. To do this, the administration asks them to first find them, then provide a video or screenshots.
Don't you think it's too arrogant? Why can't GM's just open the player list and see level 10 in Northrend? Why is this location always clear of fishermen on the Lordaeron realm?
When I send a request to GM's I often get a regular email saying "blablabla we check this" or something like that. But after that, the guys fish as if nothing had happened.
I have two questions: why should I waste my time flying and looking for bots at a time when GM's have teleportation and it takes 2 minutes to find these guys? And why are requests with already specified player names not being processed?

Do you work for Warmane or something, why are you even wasting time flying around to look for bots? They have employees to do that for a reason and it'll be a constant cat and mouse game as the bot makers will keep on making them.

They are hard to ban, they fish for one or two days and delete the characters today I found a dozen bots in 30 minutes these characters have already been deleted
