Merry Christmas guys. I need help. I have problem with Winter Veil Disguise Kit. I do that Q line last year, and probably delete or lost that item and doesnt have time completed Frosty Shake Achievement then. Now i am obsessed to do this achiev, because violet photo drake, i need that achiev for that, but i dont know how retake that item. This year i do Q A Smokywood Pastures' Thank You! and save Metzen again but after 48 hours Winter Veil Disguise Kit doesnt come to my mail.

Everything was working just fine last year like any other. I've personally finished the whole event on three different characters with ease. The item from the third (final) quest was also delivered in like 24 hours or something without problem.
If you already completed the quest and received > deleted the item - it's your fault. You won't receive it again by re-doing the chain.
When people have an issue with a quest or achievement, its common knowledge that if you are unable to complete it, they tell you to delete any items associated with the quest, abandon it and retake it. GameMasters will even tell you to do this. So your response was out of line and inconsiderate. If he redid the quest and didnt recieve the item then obviously something went wrong and a GM should address it. OP should open an in-game ticket this christmas if he tries again.
And I cant tell you how many times I have deleted a "reward" that came in the mail from doing a holiday quest only to be resent that item every freaking year.
But those items are usually unique or even if they arent- how many winterveil disguise kits does one person need?

There's nothing in the post about deleting an item due to inability to complete a quest. It says he believes he deleted it on his own, and now regrets it after finding out he needs it as part of getting the mount.

GMs' duties are in-game, not in the Forum. The way to contact them is with in-game tickets. They aren't expected to login to the Forum as part of their duties, so it could be a long while before one checks their PMs, and it might also be dismissed if it's something that should be in a ticket in the first place. They also don't hand out items, with the exception being strictly progress-breaking stuff, which this wouldn't apply. Maybe some quest can be reset, I wouldn't know, they will be the ones to say if something can be done about it.
