A few hours ago, I sent gold from my main character to my alt, about 5200 gold, via mail, and I didn't receive the gold at all. They disappeared!
I sent like 5230g from Bossan to my other acc Smokestormy and i didnt recive any of them

Typed the name of the recipient wrong most likely. Either it gets returned to you in 30 days, or those golds are in other player's hands.

I checked three times, and with 5000 gold, you check very thoroughly.

I can't check anything.
Since you didn't receive your gold in mail, it's very likely they were sent to somebody instead. If you have mail/UI related addons, disable them and see again, bit of a long shot anyway, doubt it will reveal anything.
