I haven't played for a long time and now I don't have any heroes on my account, how do I get my heroes back?

I don't understand you, you look at the history of my account and see which heroes have been deleted, and then restore them. secondly, I remember the names of 2 heroes (they are also important to me), when I search for them in the armory, they exist. i played on icecrown.

Do the race and class combo match the names? Characters that haven't been played for years got their names removed* and made available to others. If the names, race, class and achievements are all the same, somebody had access to your account and sold them through trade behind your back.
