Hello guys, i have ban appeal for 1 month and 4 weeks for ninja in raid . The thing is I don't need any items neither I have stolen any- my toons are near bis and the raids I am doing mostly are ToC25/icc10m nm , so you see there is nothing for me there mostly I am doing it to help out other people also reserve boe/primos/orbs/patterns which is something that everyone is doing on the server(nothing new) . Anyway my questions are :
- Do you know how much time it takes to GM/staff to awnser on my feedback on the matter?
- How exactly you can get that BAN if you haven't ninja anything?(I am using addon for rolls so bassicly in the raid chat you can clearly see who is winning and who is not/ also in the beggining of every raid i am asking for MS changes)
- How can I prove it wrong and "lift" that ban when I have no idea what they reported for and I can't even send any raid chat/wispers (I can't log in the account and even if I could I don't know from when is the "report"or who)
- It should only take a week or two for ban appeals to be viewed.
- Maybe there was a mistake on your part with an item. E.g. saying crit arp 2hander isn't for Ret that won, so you gave it to 2nd highest roller instead. One chance is you forgot to mention a reserve, and people reported when you didn't roll them. Or didn't mention a reserve because "everybody else does it". Alternatively it could be entirely something else (rolling for a friend).
- I get your point, hard to know what could be useful in appeal when you don't know exactly what incident/raid/date it was.
Thank you for the feedback! I am still concerned what happened and I am definitely not agree with 2 months... And if mistake had happened there is always a way to be fixed I am fine with ban for a week or two if any but 2 months when I haven't stolen anything is just to much.

The purpose of ban appeals in general isn't to prove you aren't wrong, but to ask for a second chance. GMs already require a long list of specific screenshots from various points in a Raid showing you did something wrong, so attempts to twist what happened are vastly erased. What you can do is not do or say anything ambiguous for all involving loot, because your actions will be judged by what is shown, not whatever you might say you "meant."

I am not arguing at all with them I am fine if something happened to take my responsibility for it 100% I just want to know and if its possible this time to be squished bit.... It's just frustrating for me because in general I haven't taken anything for myself/ friends that's all

If it's your first offense and the screenshots provided as evidence don't contradict anything you're saying, looking like you might have just made a mistake instead of obviously favoring the completely wrong person, there's a good chance Support will give you a second chance and pardon the remaining ban time.
Yes, its my first ban in general so you can imagine my shock when I saw it especially when I am 100% sure I haven't ninja anything.Thank you for the feedback!
