Hello. I recently started playing on your server, I created a new email, since there was already an account on the main one and I could not create a new one for it. I played on the Onyxia server for about a month. And today my Google mail was blocked, and therefore I cannot log into my account. Depending how detailed email you sent them, few days if it's clear case (3-5 workdays). If it requires further investigation by the team, then it may take few days longer.
