WotLK Addon to track Fire Totem

Hello,

I've started playing spellenha sham and since Fire Nova has a big prio in the rotation I'm trying to find an addon that tracks the time left on the Fire totem (whatever it is; elemental, magma, etc..).
I have tried Weakaura to put an icon timer when I cast Magma totem or Call of the elements, but if I spam the spell, the weakaura will print the icon again and again, or if the totem dies the icon is still there..
Does anyone know which addon could do this job? TellMeWhen?
Just want something like this icon which tells me the seconds left on Fire Totem:

Can you show me how to add the functionality I've described in the op? With TellMeWhen I'm only being able to put the CD of the specific totem (Magma Totem, which has no CD, or Elemental Totem) but I want the "global" cd for Fire Totem, and it's not a buff ..
