My Mysterious egg has dissapeared and i sadly suspect its a bug.

Ive checked my inventory of course, the bank, my mailbox- everything!

i only have one character and it was supposed to hatch today - but the slot is was in is just empty

I hope you guys can help me, i only get a chance to open once a week and i was really looking forward to it
what can have happened?
