Technical Coming to game back after years. Missing character

Hi,

I wanted to come back to game after a while. I remember last time I played just after the server was wiped-out. I created a character names Umarlak. Its Icecrown Server now ( used to be Ragnaros).

I got coins for starting playing then as recompensation for lost characters , and I spent it on new character.
When I logged in I found no character, but I can see some other priest undead ( the exact what I played) online a week ago(?).

Anyone can help me with that or how do I contact support?

Thanks. I checked. I can see in history that I used boost to 80, and spent coins on items, but then I don't have a character. Funny enough I remember my nick, and what I can see there is a 65lvl lvl character already created with that nickname.

Have you checked in-game that you don't have unnamed lvl 80 character (or some C518595 type of name)?

I did check. No character on any of the realms.
