I used to play on Warman on 2021 starting from July up towards the end of the year, on the lordaeron real, once the characters were moved to the Icecrown realm i stopped playing.
Now, i tried to log in back on the account and i noticed both my characters have dissapeared from my account
I spoke with some of my friends that wanted to start playing again and their characters are on the Icecrown realm, whilst mine are gone.
Any chance someone can look into the history of my account and shed some light?
Or is there a way to submit a ticket somewhere for this?

1. You played on Frostmourne, not Lordaeron. There were no realm transfers from Lordaeron to Icecrown, but there were transfers from seasonal Frostmourne to Icecrown at the end of the season(s).
2. For the character(s) to be transferred to Icecrown, players had to start the process themselves. If they didn't do so within the a year from season's closure, they would be permanently deleted.
3. For characters to be deleted there are few options. a) Character was below lvl 50 and inactive (no restoration) and was deleted due to inactivity cleanup. b) Somebody had access to account and deleted it after stealing anything valuable. Player deleted characters have restoration period of 30 days with a coin cost.

5. Make sure you actually logged right account & realm. This has happened before when some return and can't find their characters.

7. If the characters are indeed deleted, it may have happened long time ago (well past restoration periods if possible), meaning you'd need to start a new.

@1 - this can be 100% accurate, my memory is not that good so mixing up the names of the realms is totally valid.
@2 - The charcters were transfered to Icecrown as i logged there couple of times after they were moved
@3 - if the steal is the case, then i guess it is what it is but i would like to know that at least
@4 - nothing is showing in the barracks
@5 - that cannot be as i had only 1 account not multiple ones.
@6 - unfortunately its only showing the activity from last days, nothing before that
@7 - i'm somehow contempt with this as long as i get an answer as to what happened

Do you remember doing the transfer, or ever playing on Icecrown once transfers were done?
Your account history only showing last few days? That's odd. My history shows stuff that happened +10 years ago.

Yes, i even logged on back then on the icecrown realm and did a heroic and tried to que for an ICC or smth like that.
Only showing activity from last days when i logged back in, im trying to attach a ss but im not really sure how to do that in the thread.

You'd need to upload it to image hosting site, such as imgur, or something else that doesn't require account.
For more definitive answers or help, you need to contact staff and ask if they can shed some light to account history.
