Pandaria XP rates

I read a forum saying that there are varying XP rates in the servers but I cant seem to find how to change it in MoP. Is there no way to do that in this realm or am I doing something wrong?

Spoiler for anyone curious: I haven't been active on Frostwolf in a while.

The feature should be implemented by right clicking your XP bar. If you don't see a menu or one related to changing your XP then it's not supported.

Thanks for the response. I saw the other posts that said to right click the XP bar, so that's what I tried and nothing showed up for me. I guess its just not supported. Thank you though

Player adjustable experience rate

Only Icecrown and Lordaeron* are mentioned on the post. *From the current ongoing realms.

No mention of Frostwolf would imply it's not possible to change experience rates there.
