FAPs and LAPs on Blackrock

FAPs and LAPs price incresed to 5000 honor point on blackrock.

It's ok .

but

Blackrock user can't make FAPs and LAP.

Icecrown user can make FAPs and LAP.


too expensive. It's be unfair for blackrock user.

I think 500 honor points is enough.

Rather I might as well delete FAPs and LAP for pvp both server.

You know what was unfair? Blackrock having FAPs be 10 (20 before they increased it a year ago) times cheaper than Lordaeron / Icecrown. This is a long time coming, and a welcome change for all the caster (and rogue) classes out there.

well not really. 5000 honour is way too much for a pot.

If it was 1 k, it would be understandable. now its freaking 5k, its outrageous.

You can but mats or pots on icecrown, you cant on blackrock. not fair.

You can buy pots on Blackrock as well, it's just that the cost is more in line with the other servers compared to what it was. Blackrock still get all the other consumables dirt cheap, so they have reason to complain.

You cannot use FAPs at all now. They are completely unusable to blackrock. Let me explain.

This is the price for faps on Lord (I don't play Icecrown so don't know there, but I DO play Lordaeron as well and PVP there and this is the price).

How long does it take to farm this? It's 8 gold per FAP, I would say that it takes about 2 minutes to farm up gold for one FAP if you just kill mobs and vendor stuff. If you do ANY other more efficient way to farm gold, you can get so much more. Now let's compare this to Blackrock...

How long does it take to farm 5000 honor? In general it takes 1-2 hours, depending on Qs and luck with teams. If you run premades (which you 90% of time aren't) you can get under an hour. Compare these two. In an hour on Lordaeron I can farm up gold for 30 FAPS (or realistically where you know how to farm gold a bit more like 60 FAPs) on Blackrock if you farm very efficiently you get 1-2. It's waaaaayyy too overpriced. Fair price would be like 200 honor, (people that complain about it are just dumb). Even 500 would be doable. 1000 honor is already unusable and unsustainable.

Now let me say this. If you want to just remove FAPs from BGs then I'm all for it, they are broken as hell and do not belong in Wotlk PVP in the vanilla state, but at least make it fair. What this change meas is that Blackrock players will no longer be able to use FAPs ever and Icecrown players will continue to use FAPs on cooldown (just like they did till now and Blackrock players could as well)....

FAPs used to be at least 10 times cheaper (relative to the amount of honor you'd have to farm on Icecrown vs Blackrock) on Blackrock for literal years. Now, Blackrock have to deal with them being about twice as expensive compared to Icecrown. Good.

Blackrock still has other extremely cheap consumables, so it's not like you're at a disadvantage compared to other realms. You can still self buff with kings, motw and fortitude after every death, while the other realms can't (unless you want to spend a small fortune every BG).

Price on Icecrown is about 65g each, btw.

1 potion per 5k honour is 1 potion per 5 WINNING Warsongs for those of us that only queue smaller BGs. Which is insanely fun considering Icecrown can buy gold and get the potions and also relentlessly queue premades into forced merc mode Blackrock.
I left Icecrown to not have to keep interacting with the micromanagement(yearly gold-cut) of bad or artificially expensive consumables(low-level herbs irrelevant to PvE) that are a hard requirement to not just get grip-killed by every premade on the planet. Or play paladin.
Either remove them entirely, rebalance the cost to a max of 500 or creatively disable premades.
Insane take with extremely limited player input from the few of us that still regularly play.

yes its very unbalanced to see this icecrown vs blackrock.
As you've said already even 1k would be too much, but 5k is unrealistic if you compare you can get 5 x faps for 45g on icecrown.

We just need faps and laps mostly for wpvp but 5000 honor is just too much for 1 fap/lap

We really don't. CC is part of the game, and you could basically just ignore most CCs for a few hundreds honor.
