How about you tell us which time frame is not realistic, so people can plan with their vacations and similar? E.g.: Its not gonna happen the next x weeks.
Pretty sure that would be highly appreciated by many.

It's not the response we were hoping for, but at least you responded for which I am thankful. I will try to be more patient and encourage guildies to do the same.
Understood. Can you get answers for any of the other questions?
Will there be a Tinnitus debuff for drums?
Can Draenai / Blood Elves be leveled up during prepatch?
and many more...
No, just no! that's the dumbest thing ever.
Maybe so. But a quick answer from the devs would clear this right up.
I don't have that information but it will be announced as soon as it's available.
Tinnitus is currently disabled because it was added in classic but this could change. Draenei and Blood Elves will be available for leveling in the prepatch.
Information about Tinnitus can be seen in the changelog.
Someone is aware if does faction change will be available through points use?
All I know about faction change is that it had a better chance of being enabled during TBC than vanilla and that when it is enabled it will be to help balance the factions. To avoid bugging QA and developers every time a question comes up I'm going to answer with what I already know, take note of the question, and I'll drop updates here as I get them.
There are 6 pages (around 140 reports) of new bugs still remaining in bugtracker. A lot of them aren't actual bugs and will be dismissed and a lot are just Karazhan. You can see the progress there.
My question though is you also have bugs reported over the years from the other realms that might be relevant? For example the chess event has notably been broken to be far more difficult for a long time. I don't see that mentioned in the new reports, but it has been reported a while ago. So are they going through everything?
If not, it might be a good place to look for those testing and submit new reports if needed. And you guys really should split your reports up. Having all this 2.4.3 and Onyxia/Wrath reports jumbled up is confusing.

The old reports from the days of Outland probably aren't valid anymore due to major changes in the core since then. We're currently running vanilla+tbc+wotlk in a unified codebase.
Are you referring to the changelogs being a collection of changes from all expansions? The bug tracker is sorted by expansion.
Will there be an honor reset with prepatch? Are the vanilla pvp items gonna be buyable with honor points during prepatch?
Tell me, will there be an opportunity to spend the accumulated honor in the pre-patch? I understand that in the actual version there was no such thing, but in fact we did not play vanilla classics. And will it not be difficult for you to add the arena of the overseer, it is interesting to watch the arena of others, and to look for partners. Thanks in advance for the answer).
My main question is if it is that same core then will they be fixing bugs reported by Icecrown/Lordaeron on the Burning Crusade content that happened prior to the TBC PTR launch?
The newest example 2 months ago was the Black Stalker boss resetting. I'm not sure if that's still a bug, but it was reported on Icecrown. Are the developers reviewing these reports as well prior to launch or should we be testing and submitting new reports for these?
Any news regarding pre patch at least? With it we could atleast lvl up Drenais and Belfs and spend time preparing them with profs....all the minor things we could do while u polish up the actual patch. We would atleast have something to do. Am speaking as someone who plans to main Belfs in the future and I bet many are in same position with Drenai and Belfs... Any info regarding some date would be nice....it's been a while now since PTR... really getting bored waiting ?
