Just curious.... is there no dampening debuff in arenas here? (healing/absorb reduction that stacks after certain time period)
I was almost sure that it was working on Blackrock some time ago. Any plan to implement it?

It has never been a thing in WOTLK, so I doubt it.

Dampening was added in patch 3.3.2 and it affects arenas too, or at least it should.

It was up for some while on Blackrock (AT) back then indeed.
Thing is we used to have a 264 gear meta/restriction back then;
Damages and pressure output in arenas wasn't as big as it is today in the 284/Shadowmourne gear meta.
Draws nowadays are rare in such way, thus dampening not being necessary.
