For the players saying that 10 wins are way too much for the rewards, have you tried getting the mounts from the actual raid?

I mean what do you expect, people are spending years farming those mounts every week and you think it should be easy to get them from an event?
The same thing happened with the Raven Lord last year, it literally lost all of its value because after the Holidays every 2nd player was riding on that mount.
I know they can be purchased for coins as well, but still, not many players are spending coins on mounts and for example the Raven Lord was pretty rare before last year's event...

When it comes to mounts or pets as event rewards, I think only the ones that are unobtainable in-game should be given out. Like some of the cool pets we can get this year and could get in the previous years, like the Murloc Egg or the Panda Collar. Those are unobtainable in-game and can only be purchased on the webstie. That way you don't ruin somebody's invested time and effort by literally giving obtainable rare mounts or pets away every year...

Other rewards are prefectly fine I think, the flag and the scrolls are both excellent rewards, I think if EoFs made a comeback as a reward that would be even better.

i agree with pretty much everything you said but i think the complaint about the 10 wins is still valid.
it just takes a good portion of luck (especially with the team you're thrown in) to win games and thus it's more a matter of time spent than skill.
making it a big time investment when the event lasts only a few days and is also arbitrarily closed half the time just doesn't align with "spend time with loved ones during the holiday season".

10 wins is too much, 99percent of players wont finish the quest, last year it was pain and took me few days for 1win only cant imagine getting 10 wins.

Has the winterspring quest not been released yet? I cannot find the quest giver for it anywhere and nobody else seems to know anything either

20 teams per match with approx 5 games per hour means 10 wins take 40h on average. idk how that can be considered "not much".

You maybe be partly right but you got 2 weeks.I don't know bro .I mean 1st day i won 5 times (maybe a bit of luck,some skills and good partners)but today 0 wins...and i m really pissed off.As a Disco it's really hard for me ..since i easily get destroyed by Arms /DK .Maybe best option would be Battle royale to be open 24/7 .Sometimes i m alone in plane ,sometimes with only 1 guy ,sometimes with dudes who can't even read or speak english,don't know what is north or south ,i m angry...And reward is what? Tiger.Lol.I'll just donate it.

Bro, it's Christmas!. It should be about gifts, not about some hardcore event that ruins everybody's mood. Make a nice, ez and enjoyable event so everybody feels happy and you'll have more "potential customers" ;) if you know what i'm saying. It's only once a year, that would be fair for everybody.

For those who don't know, Zul Gurub's ID only last for 2 days. And the 2 mount bosses can easily be solo killed by many classes. If too hard, 2 chars and it's free.

So when you go kill them every 2 days trust me it eventually drops easily. Maybe you should go there instead of crying over a Battle Royale event.

I do agree with what you guys complain about though.

so since we know you guys are reading this, what's going on with the winterspring quest? Is it in the works??? Many people waiting many hours for this, no reply is just kind of rude.
