Good evening and Happy New Years! hope you're all doing great. I am writing in full hopes of recovering my lost account.. I remeber the username and I think I remeber the password but I no longer have access to my email address that I made the account on. The character is Arabina on Icecrown Server - Human Male Rogue. The account name is "!" and I believe the email was "!" but I cannot log in the email to recover my account. Would any GM's be able to assist me with my quiery? I can provide account name and last email on the account and I also need help in changing my email to the one im currently using.

Might as well remove that ticket, you'll be told to come here (forums).

What you all need to do:

I have lost or forgotten my email and cannot access my account

Simply email us directly for assistance - [email protected]

It's helpful if you include anything you recall surrounding the account to assist us in verifying your ownership in a timely fashion. Such information includes but is not limited to:

- Account or Forum username (not passwords).
- Current email or a guess if you have forgotten
- Character information
- General account history. For example, "I claimed the holiday gift on my Paladin back in 2018, maybe 2019?"
- Country where you connected or registered from

You may also include a new email address that you would like your account to be updated to. If we have enough information, we'll be able to update your account immediately without the need for further verification.
