Hi, after 2 years
I've tried logging back in to Icecrown wishing to play some more but was struck with bad news, my characters are missing and I even needed to wait in queue.
My friends still can see my name in their friendlist and I can see the character in armory for example: https://armory.warmane.com/character...ecrown/profile
I've bought 22 coins on 13rd of June 2019 and still have transaction receipt.
I would like to retrieve them back if possible along with my premium status.

Premium isn't ever removed. You must be on the wrong account.

I think something very wrong happened to that account actually.
I have a mail history with warmane since 2016 when it was registered + I have 2FA enabled.
But when I lookup full history of account it shows only today, password reset because I forgot it, and that's it.

Nvm, I had two accounts registered under same email, which I thought was not possible but since warmane allows multiple account s under the same email then it makes sense now, all good...

If you've used coins on that account, it would show on history pages. If you have no such events showing, you most definitely have wrong account.
