Arena Personal Rating rollback WTF?!

This is totally unacceptable unless you correct it

Give the honest players an explanation about the situation, that we honestly played our games in the arena but got nothing!!

the team rating is 1631, and the personal rating is 1451, why is this so???? The team rating and the line rating were the same, I played 20 arena games and I was not credited with AP.

Firstly, I want to express my sympathies to everyone who was negatively affected by this unfortunate turn of events. I too was carefully mapping out my gear progression, and patiently looking forward to this weeks reset for a juicy upgrade.

I suggest putting in a ticket in-game as soon as possible so that your account can be looked at, as forum posts aren't necessary linked to the character the bug occurred on.

This is pretty upsetting, but let us hope that with a little time, the Warmane team will come up with an intelligent solution that quells our misfortune and rightfully progresses our characters fairly and in line with what we deserve.

Sidenote: Was trying to get Bladefist off the shop with the Holiday discount code and Coin bonus. It should have been 11 coins w/ the discount, which would be a clean $10 donation with the holiday bonus. The discount code however did not work with this ONE item. I put in a bug report, and by the time it was fixed, the coin bonus was discontinued, meaning I'd need to cough up to the next $20 donation bracket to get 11 coins.

The epics elude me. Could be worse though dudes. Personally have had a lot of fun on this server over the years, and this won't break my enthusiasm. But, I mean... c'moooooooooon.

Why would we continue playing this if we dont know if its gonna rollback and waste our time or not. Such bull****, i require to compensate the points. Theres not much to discuss

Today again the same. Yesterday we played new fights to get arena points and today we got points but still a problem with personal rating, I lost 1400+ rating in 5v5 :(
Does the admins read this topic? We waiting for answer!

The issue with points has been fixed and they will be manually distributed. I also brought up the issue with personal rating.

when do you anticipate this to occur? Assume the later it is the worse it is as people will start playing arena again and mess up even more?

Thanks for the reply and good to know about fixing the points. I think personal rating problem will be fixed soon because at the moment we don't know if it's worth playing arenas before weekly ap count.
