I'm not sure if this has been suggested yet, but I would like to talk about the system related to accounts regarding mounts, pets, achievements, and titles.

Yes, I understand that this process might not appeal to everyone and could also reduce revenue for the staff, but I would like to take it a step further by proposing a "VIP" access that would work with a subscription (around €10/month) and could be activated or deactivated on the website.

For 12 euro / month you can play retail where all that stuff actually exist and what is more important it works.
What's the point to pay for private server subscription then?

Other side is that it just should be default from the begining of game. This is for sure Quality of Life change and should exist out of box. If it is possible due to some limitation of game I have no idea.
