Technical Cant log in

when i log in in character menu it right away disconects me. this is so for few month now i think. why?

Hi, im new player.
When i enter my account in game appear an error message.

"This account needs to converted to a bettle.net account..."

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and click OK.

7. Login by using username, not email.

If you still can't login, either it's temporary network issue, or your ISP is blocking the connection. Trying VPN might be the only option at that point.
