Technical Because of Yahoo 1 year deactivation i lost my old account

Hello i've lost my Old ACcount because of the fact that yahoo deactivated my Email because i did not use it for a year
now that i have reactivated that account when i try logging in the two factor code does not get sent to any specific email and when i ask for a email recovery or password change or anything , nothing happens
i have all the information linked to that account and i really want to get access back to my account
