every day when i log into the game with one of my chars (onyxia alli) i get invited to a raid by some low lvls. in this raid they advertise a gold seller website to sell i think gold.
every day on all charackters i have to block a new, different char who invites me all the time if i don't do that.
Does this have to be? can't this be stopped? why has there been no improvement for weeks?
i would be very grateful if i could use my blocklist for other people and it is not overcrowded with these new *****s every day.

If you are so smart, how about you provide solution to this? People can create accounts over and over again, warmane staff arent mind readers to know why someone created account.

Seen few similiar topics to this and it's weird, because I'm playing here for around 10 years and never been invited by gold sellers. How they chose their victims?

It happens on Onyxia. I can confirm that the other day I created a level 1 orc and within minutes I was invited to a raid where someone spammed the same website nonstop in /raid.

I never claimed to be ‘that smart’ - I'm a player, not a GM. But I think giving feedback when something is obviously annoying and hasn't improved in weeks is allowed, right?
Of course goldsellers can make new accounts all the time - we all know that. But you could still consider technical measures, such as:
- Blocking raid invites from low level chars to max level chars by default (can be switched off for real low lvls)
- A ‘raid invite block’ with a short spam timeout function (e.g. 3x invite in 10 min = temporary block)
-Or at least the option to synchronise the block list account-wide - that would be a game changer
the blocklist is too small anyway and you have to use an addon to block even more people, couldn't that be integrated into the game?
So yes, I don't have a perfect solution - but that doesn't mean you just have to accept the situation. Criticism =/= omniscience ??

It really shouldn’t have to be this way. Raid invite spam should be easier to control, maybe through an auto-decline setting or at least a better reporting system that actually sticks after you block or report someone
