Good thing the topic is still open. Despite the fact that yesterday all my tickets were answered with ‘stuff is missing - sorry’, today by some miracle absolutely everything was returned (I forgot, it's about 200k). I thank the administration from the bottom of my heart, God willing. I continue to donate. And you donate, gentlemen. Yes more to avoid such excesses in the future.

We managed to specify the exact instance of time and go to that specific backup and were able to restore all of the lost data. Thank you for your patience.

The realm crashed at an inopportune moment, just as the Auction House items were being refreshed. Our realm’s instability is exceptionally rare, and such crashes are unexpected. Unfortunately, we lacked the necessary precautions for this kind of eventuality.

We’ve managed to restore approximately 80% of all items and currency, but unfortunately, about 20% remain unrecoverable. This is because there was a complete data loss for this portion due to the technical error or crash.

Crashes are unforeseen and something we strive to avoid at all costs. If you’ve been playing our servers for an extended period, you’ll know that such occurrences are exceptionally rare on our realms.

Unfortunately, in cases like this, the handling is similar to if you won an item from a boss and the realm crashed. Since we can’t verify that you had the item in your inventory by cross-comparing it with our database, we’re unable to restore it. The same applies to this loss; unfortunately, we’re unable to restore those items.

We have made every effort to restore what we can, and we sincerely apologize for this error. To prevent such an incident from happening again, precautions and protections have been implemented in the code.

Thanks for the info and transparency. **** happens and you were able to restore it all anyways in the end - thanks for the efforts.
