Is there a way to get Nether Vortex anywhere else besides TK last boss chest? For fresh players it takes 5 weeks to get 5 nether vortex for stormherald. And to get deep thunder you need to literally play bgs 24/7. Would be great to add those items on fixed honor price.

According to wowhead the boss is suppoed to drop it and I waisted 20k honor on serpentshrine keys and didn't receive any https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=30183....
It's way too hard to get https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=30183 on Blackrock.
On Onyxia the half server is running around with https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=28442 and on Blackrock it takes weeks and plenty of honor to get that mace.

I've tried daily HC quests, atleast 6 of them and I havent got a Primal Nether yet..

You were just unlucky.
They have a chance to drop from every daily hc chest.

According to cavernoftime drop chance is 75%.
Also will https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=30183 be available for https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=29434 at a later point?

I know that was the case before, but after S3 launch this doesnt seem to be the case..
There are no loot, maybe an epic gem that you can get from the Daily HC quest.
I've turned in 7+ on 2 characters now without any drop, not sure if thats just super unlucky or its actually bugged.

You were unlucky. I got an primal from a hc chest today. I believe the drop chance is the same like last season. Smth between 10% and 20%.

It's 20%. Got 2 primal nether today from heroic chest. Took me 5 days to farm those 8 primal nethers for deep thinder... Kinda hardcore for pvp server S1 weapon. And the main challange is Stormherald, as it needs 5 weeks to make... If it is possible to add nether vortex for fixed honor price, even if it will be 20-50 k honor still would be great.

5 weeks to craft stormherald is absurd. The season will be half over before we are able to craft it… also in s3 there are strong 2H mace alternatives which are equally good or even better.
I‘m still wondering if lady vashjir can drop nether vrtex as well.

Yes it‘s frustrating to waist so much honor on SSC chests.

The bug report is listed as "fixed". I just got a Nethervortex from Hydross Chest. So apparently they have added a chance of them dropping from every Boss! BIG!
