Absolute WOW newbie, help me choose server, pls

I understand Icecrown and Lordaeron are not for me but what should I choose:
Onyxia
Blackrock [PVP only]
The burning crusade PTR

I'm confused because I read that onyxia is for new players but what about other two?

Onyxia is the actual progressive realm while Blackrock variations are instant max level with pvp vendors.

I mean on Icecrown there's a ton of newbie guilds and people that play in small parties, so you might aswell start there. Dunno why it wouldn't be for you.

Write the name of each server on pieces of paper, drop them and the first one that touches the ground will be your server.

Icecrown, and lower the exp rate for yourself. You'll level slower, so you have longer time to learn a bit about the game and your class of choice. You get to explore the world and see different places.

Avoid Stranglethorn Vale, Silithus, Un'goro zones as they can be full of gankers.
