Technical My charcter is no longer linked to my account

Dear support,

I have not been playing for 18 months and today when I connected to my account, I realized that my "caracter (personnage in French)" is no longer linked to myt account.
However when I look for it in the search engigne, it appears, unchanged from last time I played, but I cannot find it in my account.
The name is Leraza. Can you please help me tolink it back to my account ?
