Can we just get prepatch released on original date? Im sure ppl will have fun blasting sunwell with wotlk talents, and the people who has their holidays booked will still have time to play n prepare before raid releases. Just push tier 1 content back a week.
Im sure a lot of people are looking forward to spending their holiday off playing some wotlk.
Just a headsup for you people expecting these rewards from soloQ
Top 10% of top 30% (rating above 1600): Warbringer title
Top 30% (rating above 1600): Plainsrunner title
They werent properly given out in BG1 so dont expect there to be here
Haven't bothered to read through the whole thread but in the original post it was not mentioned what happens to Blackrock (TBC)... has it been confirmed?
I have a question about S4 gear during the pre-patch: Will Arena points be converted to Honor, and will Arena Season 4 gear be sold for Honor? Also, if the AP will be converted to honor, could you please provide the ratio, like 1:10 or some other? And, if the char reaches 75k honor cap, would everything above be burned?
Please do not reward 3vs3 again with Rank 1 titles and coins while disregarding 5vs5. If you look at numbers and compare player activity 5vs5 is again the bracket that is played more than 3vs3, same as it was during Season 3. If you do not want to reward the second most active bracket but stick to an inactive bracket such as 3vs3 it would be incredibly sad.
To give some perspective: not a SINGLE team has made it to 2200 rating in 3vs3 on either Blackrock or Onyxia (S4 shoulder rating). Only 2 teams have made it to weapon rating or higher (2050) with the highest being 2079.
There are not even top 5 teams above 2000 rating on Blackrock, on Onyxia top 5 is like 1700. This bracket is dead, it does not deserve a rank 1 title let alone 150 coins. Please reconsider on this matter.
We have discussed this internally, weighting the technical/logistics side of postponing the release and how this would affect players who celebrate these holidays, and decided that the launch of Wrath of the Lich King content will be delayed. We are finalizing the decision of an exact date and the initial post will be edited when that's finished.
And you made it way worse simply because of the opinion of few people. Like cmon, christmass is just 1-2 days you spend with family not even 1-2 full days but few hourse per day. its like 24-26 dec and then maybe 31dec-1jan where people actually meet with families. rest of days is a holiday break for most of people whoa re not NEETS
But rest of the days these are free days for many people who have jobs and this is the perfect moment to actually spend that free time for wotlk grind. But no, some randoms said the date was bad and based on these you pushed entire release of wotlk to SKIP ENTIRE HOLIDAY BREAK WHEN MOST OF PEOPLE ACTUALLY WILL HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO PLAY IT and then you decided to leave it that way despite of fact that many people are not agreeing with that change.
Basically begining of monday is one of the worst times for most of people to release wotlk because in most workplaces begining of january is the most busy time where sometimes people will have to stay overtime, and at that moment tyou decided that "YEAH ITS A GREAT IDEAS LEAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT NEETS NOTHING TO DO DURING THEIR HOLIDAY BREAK AND THEN WHEN NON NEETS WONT HAVE MUCH TIME TO PLAY WOW THEN RELEASE NEW CONTENT WITH A LOT OF EARLY GRIND"
And then you became deaf from all people who mentioned that later they wont have time for wotlk grinding.
REALLY?
IMO wotlk should be released even more early while naxx can be released at 10Jan or even later when most of people already made their levels, professions, skills, and all other grindings and basically many of them will only spend 4-5 hours per week doing naxxramass eoe, os
Second i'd like to point out the obviuos i think has been ignored, Wrath of the Lichking is your last expansion, There wont be a cata ... expansion to release on Onyxia, So i'd like you to take a moment and think about an extended release table, Who thinks giving people 1 week to level up to 80 and prepare for raids and then pushing another phase whilst half the players havent even been able to clear content even once is a good idea?
How about giving players a bit more room to breathe? 2-3 Weeks of prepration before diving into a tight fast paced schedule?
