Site Concern About Donations

I do have some concern about the unavailability of donations. I'm patient and understanding and I'm fine with waiting for the time needed to get things back on track, but the thing that concerns me is the near total lack of information on the issue (at least as far as I've been able to find) beyond some basic acknowledgement of it being down and there being no ETA. It would be nice if there could be like a latest news post from the site regarding this matter and explaining the situation to us users. Yet, if it can't be explained in detail due to legal, technical or privacy concerns that's fine and I understand, but then in that case I would like to at the very least be assured that donating will definitively come back online at some point and that this isn't indicative of some larger issue that should concern all of us. Hopefully, if any higher ups see this, I didn't offend or cross any lines, I'm just curious and seeking some measure of clarity. Thanks for reading and I wish well on the team!

That's how things have always been here. We get the bare minimum info about whatever technical issues are happening. Things gets fixed eventually and everything's back to normal.

There's no need to be worried, we're just in the process of migrating our platform to another payment processor.

I've played here for a while but this is my first time encountering this type of issue, for sure, so this itself was new to me yes. Good to know. I didn't see that comment by Obnoxious as well, so that quells my concern.

Pretty sure it was further back then two years, the previou payment processor had some green theme but i cant for the live of me remember the name <.<

Only time it really should become a issue is if they manage to get themselves blacklist from all available payment processor sites.

Terminal3 is a payment engine that they were using for Paymentwall its two different things.
It was before Paymentwall days.
