Yes, when you select how many coins you wish to purchase, the bonus amount is shown alongside (e.g. 30 coins + 8 bonus coins)

Last year I think the donation bonus went live on the 24th or 25th. It was 40% extra coins when you bought some. Then bonus coins depending on how much you donated for the year on new years eve.
