This was over a week ago and up until the point of release of T7 raids alliance controlled it pretty much 90% of the time. Now, Horde is actually making an effort to control it again.

Those Mboxers are botting. They are using specific software to automate commands across numerous game clients so that all 5 toons do exactly the same thing at exactly the same time.
That is the very definition of botting.
Blizzard banned it 6 years ago for that very reason.

Wintergrasp debuff system
Hello, I was paying on official wotlk servers and wintergrasp hasd debuff system that when you control it for 2 or more times in a row you get a debuff that reduced you dmb by 10% , 20% , 30 % depended on gow many times your fraction was controlling WG in a row. that helped alot for loosing fraction to have acces to WG at some point . can we do this kind of system here?

There already is, it's called Tenacity.
