It's a valid question as I have opened numerous tickets and watched as they go unanswered for hours or even days. I have spoken to other players and they say the same thing. I have never had a GM respond to a ticket in 5 years.
So do we actually have any GMs here at all?

A ticket answer can take several days. Anything between 1-4 days is to be expected response time. Assume extended wait time if it's weekend.

I'm not a GM but if I had to guess, waiting times might be longer than usual due to higher activity, with the recent launch of Onyxia WotLK. So please be a bit patient, they will definetly get to your ticket.
They are definetly working as you can see the server-wide ban announcements while playing.

several days is completely normal, the blizzard standard is 1-3days for ticket answers aswell

I contacted the GM on January 15th about the bots and provided them with a minute-long video where the time, realm, and date are clearly visible, confirming the behavior of these bots. On January 17th, the GM responded that they would check. Today, January 26th, these bots are still farming mobs as I write this message.
I just don't know, maybe my ticket got lost in the influx and I need to report it again

Bots are usually marked to be banned in a wave, its not instant most of the time

If I see this bot again in 10 days, should I report it again, or could the bot ban wave take 20 days? I just don't want to double-report the same bots and waste the GMs' time.

Well it's been 5 days now and no love. The Alliance are having a problem with these same 4 users in WG who do nothing but spam the Ready Check and share low-level quests every 3 or 4 seconds on the Alliance. It's a clear abuse of game mechanics and it's every game. This need to end and we need a GM to end it. It's been going on for 10 straight days almost every game.

I would guess it's very very busy right now. The realm is full and players are spamming dungeons and PvP and farming items excessively which are all huge sources of complaints. I've seen an unusually high amount of bans in these past couple weeks than I have in a long time.

Never had any issues getting replies, and as most say 1 day is pretty much minimum, and if you think about all the people that play... what if they all had 1 ticket in? I've only ever had great support from Warmane.
