At this point merecenary mode should be enabled for Onyxia realm it is absolutely unplayable for hordes. The gap between the skill of hordes and alliances in bgs is so big u win 1 out of 10 bgs if you are lucky making it absolutely impossible to gear a horde. Then you go to wintergrasp and see the same huge disbalance where the bg dominating faction of Alliance is way more geared making it impossible for horde to win in the last 4 days i've been playing WG has always been Alliance controlled. Something needs to be done at this point playing horde in pvp is pointless and gearing with pvp gear is impossible

Stop overexagerating, the same disbalance was on TBC and its annoying to you now because its happening on wotlk, final expansion on this realm.
Also, for the past 4 days every time I log in the horde is controling wintergrasp.

Easily fixable by forcing 1:1 ratio on both horde-ally and BR-ONY on bgs, make ally BR players play on ony horde

You are overexaggerating, it was exactly the same way but for horde during TBC, alliance had to deal with it for a whole expansion, now its your turn.

Unfortunately, this is how it looks. Generally, battlegrounds tend to be like this: on the Horde side there are mostly undergeared players, while on the Alliance side there are mostly geared and skilled players. Playing BGs as Horde is very difficult, which is why I’m in favor of mixing the two factions. Game administrators should focus on statistics rather than individual players’ personal experiences and make decisions based on those statistics. However, if many players report similar experiences, then something is probably wrong.

Yesterday I played 10 Horde battles and lost them all. Which skills should I improve? I just leveled up my character, and the entire Horde is made of Onyxia, just as half-naked. We're facing Blackrock in good gear. Half of them are already AFKing at base. The game has stopped being a game. Try it yourself, show us how to play.

Blackrock has forced mercenary mode. On Onyxia it is optional. You can activate it by right clicking the battleground emblem by the mini map.
Gearing is quite easy for PvP this phase especially. PvP sets are available from the emblem of heroism/valor vendors. PvP gear is available from VoA. PvP gear is also at Wintergrasp vendors. You can buy a decent PvP set just on the auction house. On top of that both 10 and 25 man raids drop a crazy amount of loot and are incredibly active and easy raids. You have the solo queue feature for arena so it's easy to play ten games a week.
My observation is that those who complain and have a hard time are usually those that really don't understand the game and don't utilize what's available to them. But it's a video game. You have to learn how to beat it.

2many multiboxers in Wintergrasp, lets say 2players use mbox and play for Horde Loose, cuz they play for ally side (like today), and we have what we have -10 players on horde side = you will never win WG as horde. Ban mbox in WG
