Technical no authentificator code received

When I try to login I normally get a code to authorize me.
This morning I tried to login and the code was sent several hour later. This afternoon same problem again. I get no code to log into the game. (But I do receive a code to log into the forum...)
Any chance to deactivate the autehtificator?

No 2FA deactivation is possible.

You can log to game, when/if it asks for code, try login (or relog) to forum to prompt the code being sent to your email. Then use that code for the in-game login.

Guys you gotta be kidding me in all this time i never had to write some kind of authenticator code which is sent to email. Well this account is ages old and i dont know which gmail it is sent (meaning i dont remember gmail). So what does this mean out of nowhere just from authenticator code i lost my account where money and time was invested??

It's helpful if you include anything you recall surrounding the account to assist us in verifying your ownership in a timely fashion. Such information includes but is not limited to:

- Account or Forum username (not passwords).
- Current email or a guess if you have forgotten
- Character information
- General account history. For example, "I claimed the holiday gift on my Paladin back in 2018, maybe 2019?"
- Country where you connected or registered from

You may also include a new email address that you would like your account to be updated to. If we have enough information, we'll be able to update your account immediately without the need for further verification.

Seems like the issue with not sending aut code has its place again. I cannot login either, it asks for the code and doesn't send it, same for both accounts and both gmails. Yet I can freely log in on the web page, it doesn't ask for the code, but not in game.

You can log to game, when/if it asks for code, try login (or relog) to forum to prompt the code being sent to your email. Then use that code for the in-game login.

Or use 2FA app. No more logging email to wait and see the codes. Just open the app and write the code that's available there 24/7 when requested to input a code.

To log into your account on the website, you have to enter the code from your email very quickly. It's valid for about 5 seconds. But in the game client, it doesn't work, even quickly. What app are you talking about? Can someone explain?
