Technical Recent Problems with CAPTCHA and creating accounts

I have a few friends that are following me to the Warmane servers, and they can't create new accounts because of the captcha system and account creation failing overall.

I don't know what the procedure is for reporting a problem and I am not sure what to do to get the registration system online.

One of my friends says that he goes to login and the passcode is sent but when he enters it the website says its wrong and sends a new one in which he repeats the procedure just to go through the process again, and again, and again.

His account says its created but won't let him use the code they send him.

Is there anything on our end that we can do to ensure his account can be setup so he can continue on and enjoy the amazing environment that I embellish in daily?

Any assistance he would be greatly appreciated.

Try refreshing the page. Sometimes there may be errors in the captcha when filling out information incorrectly, and it won't go away until the page is refreshed.

It sounds like you're having a problem with two factor authentication (2FA). The emails, from what others have said, come in fairly quickly, but 2FA is time-sensitive so if the email is late this will prevent the code from working.

If you have an Android device, you can download the Google Authenticator app, which gives you 2FA login codes right in your phone/tablet, much easier to use. You'll need to set up two factor authentication to use the app rather than email, through your Warmane account settings.
