Hey all. The last time I played WoW was the night our guild dropped Heroic Arthas. I promised myself I'd quit once I'd gotten vengeance for Uther and all of Lordaeron. I recently played through WC3 again and the desire to end Arthas once more has risen in me. I don't know which server to pick and am unsure of the differences. Any help?

Pick Icecrown if you wish to speed up the goal, as its experience rate is greater than the others.
Lordaeron is x1 and the content is harder than the others as well.
Onyxia is a middle term but it is also a progressive realm and is currently in Lich King expansion.
Blackrock is pure PVP with no PVE content. You start at level 80 and free starting gear/professions.

If ony progresses beyond wotlk am I allowed to transfer?

Onyxia will not progress beyond wotlk. After a while in the last wotlk patch (RS), the realm will close and you will have some time to transfer to Icecrown.
