Missing AH items after update today

I have the same problem. Been away for two days and when I got back, found no items in auction nor mailbox. I put there some nobles cards, which I farmed originally to build my own nobles deck, but as a casual player I realized I don't have time nor gold to build it whole, so at least I wanted to sell what I had. Worth maybe 3k gold, which is very much for me. I never had problems with the server, but the GM response outraged me. I asked for at least an explanation, if not compensation, but only got the very same message mentioned here before.
If this happens every update, it should be thoroughly looked into and not rejected with "we don't care about such cases."

Lesson learned never put an expensive auction on the AH. advertise in trade chat or global. Also i think they wipe the AH every couple days to combat people spamming the AH with a ton of auctions lowering the prices or boosting the prices .

No, I won't accept it like this. Honestly, I don't believe they are doing this intentionally nor that they are manipulating prices . Nevertheless, there is no such lesson to be learned - auction is there for selling and buying items and if there is a technical reason not to use it, it should be fixed and not just accepted.
