Did anyone else lose their items listed in AH after the downtime this morning?
I am missing a whole whack of items. I have created a ticket but haven't got a response yet.

I am missing a whole whack of items. I have created a ticket but haven't got a response yet.
Yes, I have lost about 2000g due to that. 3 epics that I don't even know if they sold or not, and a lot of gems and stuff... I really hope there will be a solution for this, because 2000g is a LOT of cash for me. I wrote a ticket, too. Let's hope this gets resolves, I think bugs like this are unacceptable, even for a private server. It would be okay, if it will be refunded, but let's see what happens.

Sorry to hear that it happened to you too, but good to know I am not alone. I agree, hopefully this gets resolved.

Disappointing, I was deciding whether to donate to the effort, but I guess I will rethink that.
No wonder I didnt have mail today. Checked and yup same here. Had over 2k up as well. Massacre Enchant, crafted tailoring items, shards and other ****.
We deserve compensation even if we have more then enough gold.
I only had about 80g worth of auctions, but still we should be compensated. To me it is less the gold and more the time that the gold represents
I got the same reply now, too. This is outragous. They are effectively just deleting items and gold from the economy. Now I know why gold is so deflated here. Everytime the server crashes, it just deletes all the mail from the AH and they never bother to refund it. How are people supposed to even use the AH properly if you always have to worry about when the server crashes the next time because all your mail will get deleted? I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! This is so broken.
They should just rollback the server, really. This is unacceptable.

Nice finally some of the people who buy low and sell high took a huge hit today..teach them for overpricing all those lowbie mats for people trying to powerlvl a profession...500-900% mark up value Pffft take it and love it.
And what about the people who farmed the mats to craft some epics to sell them in order to make some gold for the flasks and raiding stuff and now don't have enough money to gem/enchant new gear? Is it fair to just delete their stuff, too? I mean, anyone can trade on the AH, how is it unfair? you can push the price down as well, if you want it cheap...
This happened to me as well. Only low level profession stuff, but it took me hours to farm the mats like. And they're not even gonna reimburse us? I'm starting to wonder why people praise this server. It seems like any other buggy pirate?
Except everything is a lot slower so you've more to lose.

Happened to me at an earlier update. I got the same respond to my ticket.
Two days later or so all my missing stuff was in my mailbox. Keep calm and wait, probably only drifting somewhere in the nether.
I auction a lot of stuff and I regularly lose 1k-3k gold every 3 weeks because of this. Nothing has ever returned to my mailbox.
So it's just like I said. They are doing this on purpose in order to control the game economy and keep it from inflating. You know, all the people who lost their item enchants and gems got all their stuff refunded, there is a whole thread for that where the staff answered within the first 5 posts, but here? We are just getting ignored. Just like The GM's that just say "We can't help you with that" half of the time you have a Problem.
I have the same problem. Been away for two days and when I got back, found no items in auction nor mailbox. I put there some nobles cards, which I farmed originally to build my own nobles deck, but as a casual player I realized I don't have time nor gold to build it whole, so at least I wanted to sell what I had. Worth maybe 3k gold, which is very much for me. I never had problems with the server, but the GM response outraged me. I asked for at least an explanation, if not compensation, but only got the very same message mentioned here before.
If this happens every update, it should be thoroughly looked into and not rejected with "we don't care about such cases."
