Technical I lost all my gold sent by auction house

Even if I did state I would no longer play in this server because of a bug in game . This does not fall into the definition of crying , this would be called a statement !

well to me you were crying, don't really care what you want to call it.

and i do actually have quite a few helpful forum posts, albeit i likely have equally or more non helpful posts, i also don't care if players quit or not, especially over something as stupid as losing a bit of gold.

It wasn't a bit of gold .. it was 12 hrs + of farming worth of gold ! The issue isn't the gold I lost... which being a new player and only at lvl 40 is a big deal ! Its the fact I can no longer trust that I will receive gold from the auction house ! ( explains why the auction house is barely used ! )

I would suggest you stop posting on forums if your only intention is to troll players, as all its doing, is helping kill the community of this great game !

bugs happen on a private server. something you learn to deal with, and should be reported in the bug tracker, not in the support section.

you farmed it once, do it again.

and until the staff decide to revoke my posting privileges i'll continue to post. i do find it quite hilarious tho that you went from quitting to calling this a great game in all of 4 hours.

in game tickets are not meant for bugs. if you bothered looking around you would of noticed the bugtracker linked at the top of the forums. that is where you post bugs. not in game, not in support q&a.

Yeah its just there for show .. sure .. that's why the gm replied .. mite I also add that the gm never mention anything about a bug tracker ! ( hence stopped looking for a solution ! )

What you should NOT submit in a ticket

Bugs - GMs are not Developers and are not in-charge of fixing bugs. Report all bugs to the Bug Tracker. Not having the amount of required posts to submit a bug is not a reason to submit a ticket.

That post also lists what support tickets can be used for, in case you are interested. Usually GMs tell you to report it on bug tracker when you make a ticket about a bug. This time the GM probably didn't because your ticket was more about getting lost gold back not reporting the bug itself.

He is right though, he ran into a legit bug that cost him a lot of playing time (to make gold, without begging, at low levels - especially on Lord can take quite some time). Answering go cry somewhere is just a dick move.

Especially since the Op was in no way rude or otherwise worthy of such responses, his only mistake was to not use edit but reply instead. Apparently (as i have yet to personally need it) the player support via GMs is very bad on this server/website, items that were deleted by accident (even ones that cant be replaced like the icc ring) arent given back, if someone loses something via bugs the GMs dont replace them and in general they arent very helpfull. (and as any of you that have ever used the GM system on the official servers know, the official GMs are extremely helpfull and nice and always help with stuff like that, or at least link to the item recovery website tool)

And unlike the GMs on the official servers, we do not record logs of chat, loot, etc. for every single character on our realms. What you're asking for isn't feasible for us, and trying to start a witch hunt for our GM team is not only unnecessary, but it's also ridiculous.


@Wayoff, I'm sorry that this problem has happened to you. And I do agree the other forum posters could be a bit nicer. However, our GM team isn't able to assist with this issue for the reasons I stated above - we don't keep records of tens (or even hundreds) of thousands of characters on a level of detail that would be required in order to help you.
