After the last server disconnection , I logged back online to find all my gold that was gonna be sent from the auction house was gone. I'm a new player so gold for me right now is really important . I did not make a back up tho I'm making 1 now .. I hope you can help me out with this problem . I don't know where to ask for help; as the ticket system seems to only be for bans and doesn't seen to work anyways .

I just got a reply from a gm and they advised me that they do not provide support for such cases.

Don't know how to handle it ? I'm a new player in need of gold .. I lost over 20 listing of gold .. Why would I invest time in farming for gold to lose it all ? Sorry but gms really should provide service to this bug as its a game breaker for a new player getting started !

@OP This is not the first time I've heard golds missing in AH due to DC and I feel sorry to hear that. However, Warmane has been known not to refund anything for most matters (Coin shop is an exception, I think?)
