    I'm a dude that goes to the gym regularly when he has time, and not even in hell I'd want to look like that. Whenever I see someone full of muscles and **** like that, it really looks weird af. Not sure how some people like that

  4. I agree. I think lastsoul looks good though. He's pretty big, but he still looks realistic, if you know what I'm saying.

  5. I really dislike huge size,makes you slow,unatural looking,and while size grants raw power,the applicable power is questionable.

    Props on his size but that is not so hard,get proteins and work out with super set.

    Still in a applicable force you get demolished,i always prefered speed and middle size muscle for movement.

  7. Only thing i care is applicable force,i am currently working in minimazing my body by doing 30/45 bycycling+ running every
    day/2nd day for 20 mins+ 2/3hours of workout+11hours of job+girl.

    Quite exhausting but,results are seenevery 2nd day.

    to reach a potentaial one must be prepared to die,for there is no limit yet only plateaus,and you must go beyond it.

    as soon my work diminishes to 8 hour shift il prolly incorporate more cardio.

    well women do love size,but what size matters when people cant stop at normal way,looks at bob sapp.

    i still use old fashioned way to sustain muscle

    raw eggs,powdered milk + water, bana.na,and various fruit/nuts.

    They can stop at some desired size and maintain it, same goes for person who wants to get skinny.Raw eggs arent best choice tho :d

    For someone to look like they eat steroids, they need to be doing steroids. I train/workout 4 days of the week and all natural. Natural bodybuilding will always have a realistic look.

Its their choise what they do, but if u workout for chicks, than just dont, do your workout for yourself. If u wanna met some hot girls, just dont be fat and dont be skiny, and ofc be good with talking, thats most important thing :) In this thread I saw a lot of ppl on steroids, they were probably fat/skiny as kids, teenegers, so now they are trying hard, well there is little tip for u, dont try that hard coz steroids and creatine are bad(check google if u want).

    Shivty respect for you bro that guy know nothing.. You can have sick shoulders by Years of hard work strict diet and cardio+ dedication yes if someones traps+shoulders grow incredeble fast that might be roids but not always and about creatine you have no idea what you talking about
