1. My main question is if it is that same core then will they be fixing bugs reported by Icecrown/Lordaeron on the Burning Crusade content that happened prior to the TBC PTR launch?

The newest example 2 months ago was the Black Stalker boss resetting. I'm not sure if that's still a bug, but it was reported on Icecrown. Are the developers reviewing these reports as well prior to launch or should we be testing and submitting new reports for these?
I'm assuming they're checking all relevant reports but to avoid duplicates and slowing down the process I recommend reporting bugs found on the PTR. This is because the PTR has a more recent codebase than the other servers and the remaining issues could change in unpredictable ways as more updates are committed.

Any news regarding pre patch at least? With it we could atleast lvl up Drenais and Belfs and spend time preparing them with profs....all the minor things we could do while u polish up the actual patch. We would atleast have something to do. Am speaking as someone who plans to main Belfs in the future and I bet many are in same position with Drenai and Belfs... Any info regarding some date would be nice....it's been a while now since PTR... really getting bored waiting ?
I'm waiting to give more information on this as soon as I have it.

Some info soon would be greatly appreciated.

  3. I'm willing to give my 10 cents:
“A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad. “

I've heard the previous iteration of outland was pretty buggy, i'll at least wait it out without demanding news, freakin cry babies.
Also if is there any word from development on how we, the playerbase can help out on top of actually playing the beta, do tell.

  4. Read posts before u comment or call people cry babies. When we ask for pre patch just including new races, in order to prepare our main chars for Outland. We can play it in current state of the realm just with new race.

  5. Agree witth this, ppl will go to lvling shamypaly and stuf will have time ti fix bugs without every hour question - TBC when?

  6. Prepatch would really be insane, server would be alive!

  7. Prepatch would really be insane, server would be alive!
    wrong, it's already alive.

  8. wrong, it's already alive.
Its alive on the promise that TBC is going to be released soon. If they declare that TBC will be delayed for 1 year, lets see how much alive the server is going to be.

  9. It is not a simple as just "turn on pre patch" because it basically would end Classic as a game since pre patch includes tons of changes to things like total XP required to level up, mounts, zones and quest revamps and other stuff. It is not just unlocking two new playable races to start leveling them, it is way more.
So please be patient, hop on the TBC test realm and keep reporting bugs, nothing else to do. No point to try and pressure the staff every 2 hours to release a rushed product which will eventually cause people to be upset again.

  10. Guilds are just now barely getting Atiesh in Naxx. Just that aspect alone will mean 3-4 more weeks of Naxx still otherwise people won't be happy.

Based on the bugtracker massive progress was made a couple weeks ago, but I would guess they deviated to setting up the Pre-Patch and Blackrock adjustments. If they fix the remaining bugs at the rate they have before then it should be close to finished by time that 3-4 week mark. So I would expect it late October or early November.

  11. Assuming most Warmane players are Wrath players, I have no problem prolonging original Naxx or Onyxia's Lair. You won't get a chance to revisit these raids during TBC as the rapid-pace progression will keep people busy farming to Revered rep and badges. At the end of TBC I'm sure people will be even more hyped for the Wrath pre-patch to make their DK.

I came to Onyxia server for TBC but I'll happily enjoy some old Naxx until it comes. Got two characters each with 260+ crafting profs ready to go.

  12. Yes it actually is simple to unlock just 2races with 2more zones since u already play on core where they existed in the first place. I understand you want quality in tbc but this things wouldnt change any of that. If u already have your main full prepared no need to be selfish and don't understand ppl who wanna start their future mains (ally shamans, horde paladins)....or even if it's just regarding race.

  13. It's ok we need this voice off khyron as much as we need our brats asking "are we there yet? How long till we there?" every fricking minute of a long car trip. I don't know what's the complaint. Back in the day you had to download the entire client twice over in order to play new content early. For these hasty Hush dudes, you really just have to change realms and play the beta! Want it faster?! Hop on the PTR! We're literally showing you how to pedal down the gas throttle to speed up the car trip.

  14. its a forum for comments and questions , if u don't like it don't read it. I came here cause I got bored of retail and I myself donate here 2 give my support for hard working devs. and for that I belive I have right 2 state my opinion or ask for some info without any pressure. its just so I can plan my time. for example if this is gonna take more then 2 months I can go play retail 2 more months and come back then. cause I say said not everyone enjoy vanilla or have main char in the current state. tbh people like you that try 2 act adult just cause it suits you are more childish then someone just ASKING FOR INFO . learn the difference between asking for information and asking for quick release of something that's not ready. its NOT the same.

  15. Yeah, and that right goes both ways. So I do have the same right for comments and questions. Also instead of getting flustered, just deal with the consequence and feedback of those opinions.

Anyway you can't be reasoned with as you not even intellectually honest. You falsely claim being asking for info, in all caps and everything I might add, while it's in plain sight you trying to argue that releasing new races don't change the current world. If this isn't close to a brat-childish-spoiled-entitled demand I don't know what is.

The state of the expansion don't revolve around your taste not even your agenda believe it or not.
