1. Hello. Could you please clarify: if, as you stated, polls are only held for changes you're already willing to consider, and player suggestions aren't 'just opened randomly' - then what exactly is the purpose of the 'Suggestions and Changes' forum section?

How are we supposed to know whether an idea will even be reviewed, or if this is simply a place for inconsequential discussions? Currently, it gives the impression that this section exists just for show.

Please advise: are there any clear criteria determining which suggestions might qualify for a poll? This would help players understand whether it's worth spending time developing their arguments.
For starters, read my post again. Not sure how you managed to jumble what I said and come up with that first paragraph.

Then, start by reading this, it should answer any reasonable questions: https://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=241277

Threads are read. If something is accepted and will be implemented you usually will get a post saying so. Aside that, yes, this is a discussion forum, it shouldn't surprise anyone that it's a place for players to discuss. But when most suggestions end up being niche and/or unnecessary, extreme custom content, more of a personal wishlist than something for the betterment of the server, or something that you can see potential abuse or causing more problems that its worth, you really can't be expecting this section to look different.

The criteria is: don't ask or expect a poll. If one happens it will be because we decided it was in our interest to open one.

  2. Given that all the bosses go out in the pre-patch fix, it makes sense to continue to pretend and close your eyes that this is supposedly a blizlike. I support this post, more effective attempts, more fun game

Clear Sated/Exhaustion & Reset Raid Cooldowns on Boss Kill (Like WotLK Classic)

Currently, after defeating a raid boss, the Sated/Exhaustion debuff (from Bloodlust/Heroism) remains active on players—even after combat ends. This forces raid groups to either wait 10 full minutes or intentionally wipe to clear it, disrupting pacing and strategy.

This wasn’t the behavior in WotLK Classic, where Sated/Exhaustion was cleared on boss defeat. And with several WotLK "bug fixes" making their way into the current version, this feels like a quality-of-life update worth revisiting.

    Why this matters:
    - It punishes clean kills with unnecessary downtime.
    - It encourages scuffed wipes just to reset the debuff.

    Suggestion:
    - Clear combat-only debuffs like Sated/Exhaustion upon boss defeat/wipe.
    - Reset major raid cooldowns (longer than 2 mins), such as Berserk, Death Wish, Avenging Wrath, Empowerd Rune Weapon, Army of the Death, priest hymns, Innervate, Rebirth etc.

This improves raid flow and the already tedious vibe of ICC overall.

Would love to see this looked at—feels like a small fix with big impact.

I am a no-changes kind of guy, but I have to agree. Of all the changes to deny, this one is not one of them. This is a time-saver change, not a mechanic change. Waiting for cooldowns on a boss is never enjoyable, but something that is done by parsers on icecrown and required on Lordaeron.

All realms seek to benefit from this classic change.

This will not change a thing, the bosses are soo easy, you would not even notice the difference.

You got the nerfed bosses and the BT items before release... what more do you want? a quest giver that can hand you the achivment and some loot?

Lot's of people here should probably go play sims or something like that...

This change would affect all Warmane servers, not specifically onyxia bud. This would save Lordaeron progression atleast an hour on every 4 hour raid.
