Any idea when the point shop will be back? I Just hit level 80 and it's almost impossible to get gear on my first character with 1.8gs. Nobody wants to group with you and I can't afford BOEs

I hit 80 recently and because of there being no shop i got all the rep rewards i could find and now im 3k gs but cant do fos until i get 50k gold :/ . Shop will be up soon i hope

So you need 50k gold to do Forge of souls meanwhile people with 2k gearscore and doing FoS & PoS , stop being lazy and create your own groups.

That's how you progress when it is "impossible"

I'm happy with so many changes and updates coming to this server, Wotlk was idle for years,
Now so much stuff is happening and people as unhappy as they always was
I guess it's just in their blood to complain about everything .

If you don't have any gold, it'd be better if you train a profession (to sell items and get gold or for equipment) or queue RDF normal. I did both, and now my druid resto is 3k+ gs. The problem is: the queues most of the times take 30+ minutes. =/ And don't forget to go ICC rep farm to pick the ring, and any other reputation items helps you to raise your gs to 3k+ too.

I think the lack of news is the source of the people's dismay, rather than the shop's downtime, eversince warmane was created, there was a way better flow of information, now, we are totally lacking that, there was for example a MoP update on 30th August, and no changelog was posted eversince, the Devlog seems to feel abandoned in the same manner, as long as people don't understand, or don't know what the situation is, many them get whiny and pissed.. My idea regarding the subject would be to use a v blog, or such, someone, or a group of people could be relaying news weekly, and even make WoW videos about game mechanics, lore, and more, that could be good for the server as well, since the server's youtube channel could be used in a far greater capacity than it is used at the moment, plus it would be a good step to publicise the server as well as informing the community.

Regarding the vote shop, the 310% mounts for wotlk would be needed as well as heirlooms as soon as possible after the re-release of the point shop since the most important people whom the server must keep are the new ones, the easier they can start off, the better, and we need the new blood, specially for PvP, otherwise things get stale, and ppl get bored, we need those newbies. :) I agree with the point shop having high itemlevel stuff in it, but if the items take too long to save for, the new players, whom I think to be the main target group for this decision, might call it quits before they had a chance to purchase anything useful for themselves. I think a 2-3 weeks, a month max. should be the time needed for the maximum ilvl item within the point shop. At least 1 mount which can go high speed should be considered to be added at a low cost to help new players.
