Technical My alt account is blocked

Hi, I haven't played in almost a year and i finally got a new PC to start playing again but when i tried to login i noticed My second account is blocked. It keeps asking for authenticator code but i dont know the email linked to the account. i tried the option to reset 2 step authentication and it says "2 Factor authentification not enabled". Therefor i have no access to my account. Can you please help me by providing at least the email linked to the account so i can have access to it? or reseting 2 factor authentification. I have a lot of time played on that account and would hate to see it gone forever.

Dont know how else to contact support someone please help
