It depends on your gear really.
At lower levels you will want to seek out gear with mp5 on it, but as you get more into end game raiding you can curve away from mp5 gear and load up on crit+haste gear. This is because you will gain a large amount of crit, and with each of the 4 heals from Chain Heal acting independently, all 4 heals have a chance to proc Imp Water Shield. Almost every chain heal you cast will proc imp water shield at least once. If you are lucky, sometimes 2 or even 3 times. This becomes your main source of mana regeneration, and you will basically never oom. Hope this helps!
