It's Lava burst procs from mastery bug.
Elemental shaman has an asweose damage, with Elemenal Mastery/Trinket/Volcanic Potion i do like 37-42k Lava Burst and 40-100k with Fulmination(crit) and....... an 10k Lava burst proc non-crit ._.
Just imagine... Now you can be able to do 140k damage in just 3 secs, but with the mastery working well it would be like 165k crit in 3sec... Insane right?
