    Purge vs Bubbles

This is my first shaman and whenever I have to face up against someone with a bubble purge never seems to remove it. Especially those annoying human paladins!!!!!!!

I don't think bubble is removed by purge. Only a priest's mass dispel can remove it.

Same goes for iceblock as well.

I think they are classed as magic effects, but too strong for normal dispels to remove them.

    Regards.

What type of "bubble" is this?

A paladin's divne Shield, Hand of protection, priest's bubble, Anti Magic Shell?

Thank you his1nightmare for enlightening me. As for you Juggertank I've only ran into Paladins and Mages and it seems like Purge has no affect on Divine Shield, Hand Of Protection or Ice Barrier.

Hop is not a magic effect, I believe. Same goes for AMS.
You can remove sacred shield(I think), as well as priest bubble.
Divine shield and iceblock are classified as being 'too strong' for normal dispels to remove them.

    Cheers :)

    So:
Hand of protection is a "meele bubble" and a magical effect, so it can be purged!! This effect the paladin can cast on every friendly target!
Same as sacred shield, ice barrier..... (purgebale)
What cannot be purged is the Divine Shield (100% damage reduce and immune against everything) (just dispellable if you are warrior or priest)
