[HORDE] "Super Soak" is recruiting Exceptional Players

"Super Soak" 10 Man EU Guild Semi-Hardcore from retail , (retail progress on tier13 patch: http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/.../rating.tier13) , (Molten - Sargeras progress: 5/7 hc on 3 weeks of raiding) is recruiting exceptional players in order to power up our core group and prepare ourselves as soon as possible for Dragon Soul release.

We are raiding 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) from 17:30 ST to 20:30 ST.

We require 100% attendance which means we are very strict and demand from our all raiders not to miss even one raid unless there is a very important issue(death or accident).

We had never asked for ilvl before since we think its not a big deal but in our current lvl and since we are progressing on hc mode , a min 375~>380 ilvl is required.

Our guild is like a family so we do not have a distribution looting system , we just discuss in raid , roll , pass , etc , depending the priority and the importance of an item to a specific class.(Lootwhores Stay Away!)

At weekends there are some alt/casual runs (bwd , bot ,fl) for valor caps or fun , premade bgs , hc dungeons and arenas.
