You absolutely need 2/2 Ancestral Swiftness (enh tier 2 talent, the foot icon). Doesn't matter whether you're playing arena or BGs, you can't afford to spend even a fraction of a second switching into Ghost Wolf form. It's a core talent for all 3 specs in PvP. Not only do you gain 30% movement speed in GW form, but movement slowing effects cannot bring you below 100% As such, it is your ultimate escape tool--akin to a resto druid's travel form. And like a resto druid's travel form, you want to be able to switch into it instantly.
The "flexible talents" in the resto tree are
- Ancestral Resolve (which you currently have 1/2)
- Nature's Guardian (currently 3/3)
- Focused Insight (currently 0/3)
- Soothing Rains (currently 2/2)
...so you'll want to take out 2 points from any of the above and put them into Ancestral Swiftness. I run 0/3 Nature's Guardian since imo it's the least useful out of the above 4 options. Soothing Rains is arguably not that great if you do only arena, but in BGs it's a solid choice because you're actually getting full mileage out of your Healing Stream totem (which is all you spec it for, btw...never cast Healing Rain, ever...too much mana, too little heals, too long of casting time).
If I may offer my two cents : I think focused insight would be much better for BGs and arena, since you mainly rely on it for aggresiveness, rather than Mana Tide totem. You dont need THAT in PVP. Already enough mana to stay alive and keep others alive, while in PVE you generally don't need (or indeed, able to) use shocks.
Likewise, I prefer not to take nature's guardian, at all, for personal playstyle (well I thought increasing max health and reducing threat are mainly used for adds-heavy boss fight on PVE) and putting the points in ancestral swiftness and focused insight, and only take 2/3 ancestral awakening
This is th spec that like every high rated resto shaman has used in 4.3 pvp

healing rain is completely worthless for pvp. spec from ezora is standard for most comps and bgs. i would just switch glyph of watershield for glyph of riptide.
